Railway Dog enjoys an overnight in Bratislava

The highlight of lovely Bratislava was a pancake shop, for both of us. Baspie was allowed on the high bench seat. He had a lovely view of cooking, which he patiently and hopefully admires. He loved his half of a peanut butter crepe.

Beautiful town hall

Bratislava old town is a delight to walk around. It feels safe, small and friendly for a capital city. Trams and buses make travel around fairly easy.

Cobbled streets up to the free entry battlements, which detail the interesting long Jewish history of Bratislava on display boards
At night, the floating boat stop is a nice quiet place to sit and watch the ferociously fast flowing Danube
The castle at night from the pedestrian walkway under the suspension bridge. The building of this bridge and road, around the time I was born, controversially destroyed archaeological remains forever, though a quick dig was done.
